Air conditioning systems
One button start: users touch the "start" button, the pump starts to run, when the water temperature reaches the upper limit of the set temperature or no flow in the pipeline when the pump stops running, after the start of the click on the "start"button can be turned off the pump again.
Timing function: The current time is in the set time period, if the water temperature is lower than the set temperature limit, the pump starts to run, when the water temperature reaches the set temperature limit or no flow in the pipeline when the pump stops running.
All-day mode function:If the water temperature is lower than the lower limit of the set temperature, the pump starts to run, when the water temperature reaches the upper limit of the set temperature or there is no flow in the pipeline, the pump stops running.
Tap start introduction: lift the tap for about l second, the pump starts to run,when the water temperature reaches the upper limit of the set temperature or there is no flow in the pipeline, the pump stops running, or runs continuously for3min to less than the upper limit of the set temperature when the pump stops running.
Conditions of use (shaft kept horizontal)
Use medium: fresh water or water +glycol(≤50%) mixture
Medium Water Temperature:0℃~80℃
Ambient temperature:0℃~+40℃.
Inlet pressure:>0.05bar
Media hardness: 25°dH
Relative humidity of the air: 95% maximum
Installation Drawing
To install Instant 15-12E Series Electric Pump, the arrow on the pump casing indicates the direction of liquid flow through the pump body.
When mounting the electric pump in line, the inlet and outlet shall be fitted with the two gaskets provided.
The electric pump shaft must be in a horizontal position when installed.
