Shinhoo held the unveiling ceremony of Shinhoo Craftsman Academy and the annual work report conference of the trade union. The unveiling ceremony was successfully concluded under the witness of the Federation of Trade Unions of the High-tech Zone and the company leaders, marking the official establishment of Shinhoo Craftsman Academy.   At the conference, Wang Guoliang, chairman of the company, delivered a speech, sharing the original intention and vision of the establishment of Shinhoo Craftsman Academy, and emphasized the importance of craftsman spirit in the development of the enterprise. After the unveiling ceremony, the leadership and management team of the college was officially established, and the teaching management of each class was also clarified. The delegates reviewed and approved the revised versions of a number of systems aimed at improving the management level of the enterprise and protecting the rights and interests of employees. In the report session of the trade union work, Wang Meng summarized the work in 2024 and introduced the work plan for 2025. They are committed to deepening cooperation with Shinhoo , promoting the construction and development of the supplier community, setting benchmarks for product value, and establishing industry standards.   This QCC event not only deepened the cooperation between Shinhoo and its suppliers but also revealed its proactive response to industry trends.
