According to Shinhoo's statistics on the failure performance of water pumps sold in the heat pump market in the past five years, there are four main types of common failure modes of water pumps. Now we will analyze the causes of noise problems and provide solutions.

Reasons:

(1) Impurities enter the gap of the rotating parts and cause friction noise.

The recommended solution is to use a filter to keep the watercleanin the pipeline.

(2) Friction caused by shaft wear of rotating parts. Mainly shaft wear caused by scale and shaft wear caused by water shortage and dry grinding.

Recommended solution: Use water softener to reduce scale generation; the system is equipped with a water-free protection function.

(3) Insufficient water pressure at the water inlet and noise caused by cavitation at the inlet of the water pump.

Recommended solution:it isgenerally caused by improper installation. We recommend that the water pump be installed at the low end of the circulating waterway to reduce the noise caused by cavitation; secondly, maintaining proper water pressure at the water inlet can also prevent it from the occurrence of these types.

(4) The resonance of the water pump and the system produces noise. The water pump is the heart of the system. The water circulating in the pipeline requires the pump to provide kinetic energy. When the water iscirculating, the impact on the pipeline will cause vibration and cause resonance noise in the system.

Recommended solution: the selection of water pump matches the system requirements;

The waterway is installed with vibration reduction treatment, which is divided into two parts, one is for the system to be used for vibration reduction, and the other is for the base to be used for vibration reduction when the water pump is installed.
