According to Shinhoo's statistics on the failure performance of water pumps sold in the heat pump market in the past five years, there are four main types of common failure modes of water pumps. Now we will analyze the causes of noise problems and provide solutions.

Reasons

(1): Shaft wear causes shield cover to be worn and damaged. There are two reasons for shaft wear, one is scale and the other is running without water.

Recommended solution: Keep the water clean, set up water-free protection and other measures to ensure that the shaft will not wear.

(2): The sealing gasket is not installed badly or out of position during the maintenance of the water pump. The following figure shows that the position of the corner is not installed on the same area.

Recommended solution: Install the gasket as required, and conduct a tightness test after installation.

(3): The mechanical seal of the mechanical pump is damaged.

Recommended solution: The mechanical seal is a vulnerable part and needs to be replaced regularly.
