Shinhoo has reached a new milestone in smart manufacturing with the successful launch of its first mass-produced motor drive board. On June 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the first mass-produced motor drive board officially rolled off the production line at Shinhoo’s drive workshop. This milestone marks Shinhoo’s strategic transformation from independent drive board R&D with outsourced production to integrated R&D and in-house manufacturing. As a core component in pump control systems, the motor drive board plays an essential role in product performance, operating stability, energy efficiency, and quality consistency. The successful launch of in-house drive board production represents an important step forward in Shinhoo’s core component independence and intelligent manufacturing development. A Smart Drive Workshop Built for Efficient Manufacturing The newly launched drive workshop covers 4,000 square meters and is equipped with 72 sets of production and testing equipment. The current maximum production capacity reaches 3,000 units per shift, providing strong support for stable output and flexible order fulfillment. The workshop adopts a production model that combines fully automated SMT production lines with semi-automated DIP assembly lines supported by skilled operators. The SMT process ensures high-precision and high-efficiency batch production, while the DIP assembly process further enhances product reliability through a combination of automated equipment and professional manual operation. End-to-End Digital Production Control To ensure product quality and production efficiency, Shinhoo has established an end-to-end digital production control system in the drive workshop. The system integrates WMS-based materials management, smart warehouse storage, MES process control, and full-process inspection procedures. Testing and inspection systems include SPI, AOI, ICT, and FCT, covering key stages from production to inspection, traceability, optimization, and quality control. Through this closed-loop manufacturing system, Shinhoo can better monitor process stability, improve production consistency, and strengthen quality assurance for motor drive boards used in pump control systems. Integrated R&D and Manufacturing Strengthen Core Competitiveness The official launch of in-house motor drive board production is strategically important for Shinhoo’s long-term development. For many years, Shinhoo has continued to invest in independent R&D for drive control technology. With the operation of its own production line, Shinhoo has completed the transition from “independent R&D with outsourced production” to an integrated model of R&D and manufacturing. This transformation enables Shinhoo to better control manufacturing processes, improve product quality consistency, shorten delivery cycles, respond more flexibly to customer requirements, and reduce external supply chain risks. By strengthening the independe...
