Stay One Step Ahead

To foster a better understanding of the company among employees' family members and children, enhance employees' sense of belonging, and enrich the corporate culture, Shinhoo organized an Employee Family Day event on July 20th.

Under the guidance of the event staff, the employees' children visited the Shinhoo showroom and manufacturing workshop. Here, they witnessed the work environment where their parents spend their daily lives and experienced the efficient and orderly working atmosphere of the company, which provided them with a more tangible understanding of their parents' work.

Shinhoo cares for each and every employee, as well as their families. Through initiatives such as company trips and Employee Family Day, we aim to host more family-friendly activities in the future, contributing to the happiness and well-being of our employees' lives.
