The water pump does not run after power supply on, it is called "locking", which is the most common situation of wall-hung boiler water pump. It often occurs after the wall-hung boiler has not been running for a long time.

1. Locate a large screw on the top of the water pump and use a large "one" screw to loosen it. Then use a suitable screw to loosen the inner shaft slowly. After you feel the jamming phenomenon disappears, remove it and tighten the big "one" screw again.

2. Many wall-hung boiler products have the "locking" function of the waterproof pump that comes with the system. When the water and electricity and gas are all ok, the water pump will automatically run every time to prevent the occurrence of "locking".
